Collecting
PET bottles are delivered to our manufacturing facility from waste segregation bins, purchased from raw materials suppliers and transported by environmentally conscious people.
Sorting
Each plastic bottle goes through a manual sorting process before it can be sent to be recycled. Our company has deliberately chosen this sorting method as it allows us to ensure the most accurate selection of suitable raw materials for recycling.
Grinding
Once sorted, PET bottles are fed into plastic granulators to be cut into smaller pieces. The production capacity of our company allows us to break down up to a ton of bottles per hour. At the request of the customer, we produce PET flakes of a specific size that can vary from 8 to 14 millimetres.
Washing
During the washing process, the granulated PET bottles go through four sink-float tanks. The use of hot water heated to at least 92 degrees Celsius and powerful chemical detergents allows us to provide the efficient cleaning of secondary raw materials. The washing process is followed by blowing label residue off PET flakes and their final drying.
Granulation
PET is 100 percent recyclable. At the end of the recycling process a PET regranulate is produced, also known as recyclate, which can be used again for the production of new PET preforms and bottles. This process can be reproduced an indefinite number of times which means that a used PET bottle can be turned into a new one again and again
PET can be recycled practically an infinite number of times. This makes it a unique material that allows used products to be transformed into new, high-quality materials for various areas of application. This is what we demand from true recycling.
The processing company Eco Green has a continuous production cycle. PET bottles processing capacity at the enterprise can reach up to 5,200 tons per year. Our processing companies are equipped with the modern and high technology equipment from leading Taiwanese manufacturers. And a network of the own receiving centers in the southern Ukrainian cities provide our Company for stable supplies of raw materials
We are convinced that the highest product quality results from the best quality of the raw material. As an r-PET producer, Eco Green controls the whole process, from PET bales to R-PET flakes or r-PET granules , having sorting by hand and washing technology for the raw material (PET bottles), with high recycling efficiency and standard for the finished products.
Almost 100% of our products have been exported to the EU including countries of Central and Western Europe.
